Starbucks Chestnut Praline Topping

So as the Christmas season ends, many Starbucks have run out of the much-loved Chestnut Praline topping. I may have a fix for your craving and it's only 2 ingredients.
Of course there is more ingredients in the actual topping and probably more work, but this is something so easy you can literally make it in 5 seconds.
What makes this so delicious is the sugar in it, turbinado sugar (aka Sugar in the Raw!).


You just need 1 packet of Sugar in the Raw, and cinnamon.
Mix these together and, WOW, it complements any flavor coffee so well! Better yet, they have these little packets at Starbucks (where you get your milk and sugar) so you can essentially have the sugar part of the topping all year round. Not that any Starbucks drink needs more sugar, but it's still so very tasty!

You can substitute the cinnamon for any other spice like nutmeg, or even do a mix of cinnamon and nutmeg till you get the perfect combo. But I find a dash of cinnamon and a sprinkle of Sugar in the Raw are just what I need on top of my latte.

I KNOW THIS is not the actual topping, most DIY recipes for this have pecans as well, because "praline" often has pecans; this is a QUICK fix for your craving if you wish! (:
